Ronile, Hungary's celebrated avant garde photographer
I am Margryth Lea Rosza, known professionally as Ronile ( ron-uh-lee). At first I used a camera as a sketchbook to record ideas for my paintings. Later, I turned to photography as a means of self expression. I have had no formal training in photography, knowing it could impede my need to record images in an unconventional manner, violating the principles of what most people would regard as “good” photography.

Light forms
This is one of a series of photographs that are mainly very dark, but are exciting because of the areas of light. Viewers have found this one spectacular. One critic commented, " Shrouding humanity in absent obscurity, so characteristic of her work, Ronile's photograph depicts the hidden essence of mortality."
